Prior to land selling process, we initiated the infrastructure development and took care of the full-scope site utility infrastructure by way of building a utility network.

We developed a project which allowed to begin the construction straight away on the land prepared by us. The target investor was able to make adjustments later to tailor it to their specific requirements.
