The SATOIA Kąty Wrocławskie - Wrocław project is more than just an investment area – it’s a strategic business concept designed to meet the dynamically changing market needs. Our goal was to create the perfect space for logistics and warehouse development at an
excellent location. As part of the project, we converted 20 agricultural plots into 5 investment plots, each with a complete set of documents and a building permit. What’s more, we were also committed to support the business and economic growth of the region.
Prior to the land selling process, we initiated the infrastructure development. As part of this process, a road was built that made the entire area easily accessible, facilitating smooth and safe transportation. In addition, we took care of the full-scope utility infrastructure by way of infrastructural network so that all the utilities are available to the Investors.
